Hello and welcome to my website. I am a fully qualified, experienced and caring Massage Therapist living in
Sidbury, Sidmouth, East Devon, offering Swedish & Remedial Massage, Seated Acupressure Massage and
traditional Usui Reiki.
I believe most of us do not take enough 'time out' for ourselves, often too busy working and looking after
others to think about our own stress levels, aches and pains, which can get a lot worse if left unattended.
A good massage affects your whole being physically, mentally and emotionally, a single
treatment can target and treat specific muscular problems while regular treatments aim to
achieve an increase in your health and well being.

My advanced massage training has given me a range of techniques in my 'toolbox' to help give you
pain relief from conditions such as sciatica, stiff neck, frozen shoulder, sprains, strains and other injuries.
Remedial Massage is becoming more and more recognised as a suitable way of repairing muscles,
tendons and joints damaged through overuse, trauma or bad posture.
I am also able to give you a soothing and relaxing Swedish Massage to relieve mental and physical stress,
or help to energise you with a 20 minute clothed Seated Acupressure/On-Site Massage, this
convenient stress-busting treatment can be fitted into your lunch break or after work and is ideal for your
work place, events, festivals and parties, energising you to deal with the rest of your day.
