Massage Therapist working in Sidmouth, Honiton and Ottery St Mary in East Devon, offering
Sports, Remedial & Swedish Massage, Seated Acupressure Massage and Usui Reiki.
I believe most of us do not take enough 'time out' for ourselves, often too busy working and
looking after others to think about our own stress levels, aches and pains, which can get a lot
worse if left unattended.

My advanced massage training has given me a range of techniques in my 'toolbox' to
help give you pain relief from conditions such as sciatica, stiff neck, frozen shoulder,
sprains, strains and other injuries.
Sports Massage is for anyone desiring a deep massage, relieving painful muscle tension and
improving your movement and flexibility.
Remedial Massage is becoming more and more recognised as a suitable way of
repairing muscles, tendons and joints damaged through overuse, trauma or bad posture.
I am also able to give you a soothing and relaxing Swedish Massage to relieve mental and
physical stress, or help to energise you with a 20 minute clothed Seated Acupressure/
On-Site Massage, this convenient stress-busting treatment can be fitted into your lunch break
or after work and is ideal for your work place, events, festivals and parties, energising you to
deal with the rest of your day.
