At your first treatment we will have a confidential consultation regarding your health and discuss the best treatment for you,
so please allow additional time for this.  

I offer 20, 30, 60 or 90 minute treatments from £20 to £55

20 minutes is usually booked for Seated Acupressure Treatments and follow-up Sports and Remedial treatments to work
on a specific injury.

30 minute treatments allow time for a partial Swedish/Remedial/Sports Massage, such as neck, back and shoulders or back,
legs and feet.

60-90 minute treatments are booked for a full treatment and optimal relaxation.
